In order to use certain features of our app and the Twitch extension, you must sign in using your Twitch account. By doing so, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Twitch profile, including your Twitch user ID, display name, profile image, and authorization tokens for managing Twitch channel point rewards on your behalf.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any associated login credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update it as necessary to maintain its accuracy.

You may use our app, including the Twitch extension, and services solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the services for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Engaging in activities that violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempting to access or use another user's account without authorization.
• Disrupting or interfering with the proper operation of the app or its features, including the Twitch extension.

By using Twitch sign-in for the app, you grant us permission to collect and store your Twitch user ID, display name, profile image, and encrypted authorization tokens in order to facilitate the creation and management of Twitch channel point rewards on your behalf.

You acknowledge that the authorization tokens will be stored securely and encrypted for the purpose of managing channel point rewards. You may revoke access at any time through your Twitch account settings.

As part of the app’s features, you may collect virtual items to customize your avatar. Please note that these virtual items are non-transferable and will only be available for use while the app remains operational. In the event that the app or the Twitch extension shuts down or is no longer available, any virtual items collected will be lost and cannot be recovered or refunded.

We use third-party services to provide and maintain our app and the Twitch extension. These services include:

• Supabase: Our database is hosted on Supabase. Supabase does not have access to any user information other than what we store for the purpose of providing services.
• DigitalOcean: Our backend server is hosted on DigitalOcean. DigitalOcean may collect and process data related to server performance and usage.
• Vercel: Our app is hosted on Vercel. Vercel may collect data related to traffic and performance for hosting purposes.
• Cloudflare: We use Cloudflare for DNS and security services. Cloudflare may collect and process data, including IP addresses, for performance and security purposes.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and the integrity of our services. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you have violated these Terms of Use, engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise acted inappropriately while using the services, including the Twitch extension.

If your account is terminated or suspended, you may lose access to any services or features associated with your account, including the ability to manage Twitch channel point rewards.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Animii and its developer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data arising from your use of the app or Twitch extension, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Animii, its developer, and its affiliates, from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of your use of the services, including both the app and the Twitch extension, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting an updated Terms of Use on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association, or if necessary, by a competent court of law in Canada.
